Opened in 2009 Phoenix Square offers 30 workspace studio’s across 3 floors above the Phoenix Cinema. Tenants are able to access the cafe-bar and gallery space there as well as the cinema, itself recently extended and redeveloped.
- Spaces can be taken on an individual or shared basis
- Short term lease options available (min one month)
- 24/7 access all year round
- Managed internet and telephony system – plug in from day one
- Electricity, telephony, internet, and business rates are charged in addition, if required
- All spaces are unfurnished but we can discuss lease options on furniture if required
All our workspaces and studios at LCB Depot, Phoenix and Makers’ Yard get 100% small business rates relief – meaning you will not have to pay any business rates
